Instead of killing the fish or cutting them open to remove eggs, we gently lift the fish out of the water and use specialized tools to encourage natural release of the roe for collection without harm.
This ethical approach allows multiple harvests over the fishโs lifetime, increasing sustainability and efficiency. Unlike traditional methods that end the fishโs life after a single harvest, our technique supports ongoing production while prioritizing animal welfare, ensuring premium-quality caviar produced responsibly.
